Juan Uribe

Juan Uribe has five years of experience assisting clients with Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims. Before joining Gustad Law Group, Juan worked as a Social Security case manager where he assisted clients in navigating the Five Step Sequential Evaluation Process and filed applications and appeals for SSDI and SSI Claimants.

At Gustad Law Group, Juan primarily assists with Social Security matters, including case development, appeals, medical record retrieval and submission, representative forms, hearing preparation, and assisting with pre-hearing and appellate briefs. Juan also communicates regularly with clients to provide status updates and explain what is needed throughout the SSDI and SSI application and appeals process. Juan helps clients by making a complicated and stressful experience easier to navigate.

Juan also assists JP Gustad and Andrew Clark, both accredited by the VA, with Veterans Service-Connected Compensation claims and assists with personal injury matters as needed.

Juan is detail-oriented, organized, and responsive, and takes pride in helping keep cases moving while providing clients with the support they need throughout the process. Juan’s compassion helps clients through what can be a difficult time in their lives.

Outside of work, Juan is an animal lover and especially enjoys dogs, which is a great fit for working at Gustad Law Group.
