Gustad Law Group is pleased to announce that James Robert (J.R.) Page has joined the firm as an associate attorney assisting with VA and SSDI/SSI claims. With more than 7 years of experience as a disability claims examiner at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, J.R. has a strong grasp of how to most effectively present a claim for service connected disability compensation benefits. His personal goal is to serve those who have served our country, and to obtain all available benefits for each of his clients.
Together, Gustad and Page leverage their 30 years of legal experience to advise Veterans at every stage of the VA claim process: from filing an initial application for benefits to prosecuting appeals before the Board of Veterans Appeals and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
Gustad Law Group provides free consultations to Veterans to develop a strategy that is uniquely designed to obtain service connected compensation benefits. During the appeal process, Gustad Law Group can request independent evaluation of a Veteran’s physical and psychiatric symptoms to obtain valuable evidence of the level of impairment caused by a Veteran’s symptoms.
Gustad Law Group represents veterans with a wide range of disabilities, and specializes in claims involving Total Disability Individual Unemployability (TDIU), traumatic brain injury, and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) due to combat, non-combat and Military Sexual Trauma (MST) stressors.
Gustad Law Group’s goal is to obtain the highest possible level of disability compensation benefits for each of our Veterans. Every Veteran is unique and so is the Veteran’s claim, requiring individualized service, thoughtful analysis and evidentiary review to identify the best possible strategy to obtain victory.
If the VA has denied your claim, or assigned an inadequate rating of your level of impairment, contact Gustad Law Group today for a free consultation regarding your case.
